Will the price change from the cost mentioned in the signed contract?

The cost of the work specified in the contract is guaranteed to remain fixed and will not be subject to change, unless you request additional services or changes to the initial scope of work. In such cases, we will discuss and agree upon any additional costs before proceeding with the extra work, and only after including them in an updated contract.

How do you approach the design and planning phase of a project? What is your process for gathering requirements and understanding the client's vision?

During design and planning stage , we will explain how we gather requirements and understand the client’s vision. Typically, we will conduct a site visit, to discuss the client’s needs and aesthetic preferences, and create a design concept with plans and material specifications. Throughout this process, we will be open to feedback and willing to make revisions based on the client’s input. Once the design is approved, we will move into the planning phase to create a detailed project plan that outlines timelines, budgets, and resources needed to complete the project.

How do you handle changes or modifications to the initial scope of work?

We have a clear process in place for handling changes to the scope of work. This may involve discussing the changes with the client and agreeing on a new scope of work and associated costs and timelines.

Is there a fixed pricing for projects?

Surely not. Because each project is different, materials used , labors involved, timelines all are different.

While undertaking a projects we ensure that we have the necessary licenses and certifications, and a strong focus on safety, you can ensure that the work is done to a high standard and in compliance with regulations and building codes.
